Our common areas are designed with accessibility and community in mind. Residents can enjoy company and relax within our senior living community, complete with an Activity Room, Auditorium, Chapel, Formal Dining Room, Fitness Center, Cafe, and Gazebo Park.

Activity Room

The Activity Room is fully equipped with a large screen television, baby grand piano, and full kitchenette. Residents can enjoy a wide range of activities including live performances, wine-tastings, games, movies, and other social programs. 

Lazy Lemon Lounge

The Lazy Lemon Lounge offers residents the opportunity to socialize, watch television, use the computer lab, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee. A full library with weekly book drops from the Carnegie Library are accessible to all residents.

The Fitness Center

Fair Oaks fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  We offer a personal trainer on-site multiple times each month.

The Chapel

Offering multi-denominational services, including Catholic Mass & weekly Eucharist.

Dining Room

Fair Oaks offers restaurant-quality cuisine, served in a fine-dining setting with linen tablecloths and china.  Residents have the opportunity to socialize with their friends at every meal, three times per day.

Gazebo Park

Residents can take a leisurely stroll on our walking trail through our Gazebo Park.

Country Store

The Country Store is open five days a week from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Residents & visitors may purchase everything from soup to nuts. Featuring a penny-candy section, toiletries, greeting cards and seasonal decorations.
